Unlike paper texts, internet texts are designed with connective links between topics that take you out of one page and into another. These links show up as blue and underlined before they are accessed. You can access a link by clicking on it with your mouse. After the link has been accessed it will dim to dark blue. This is because some of the links in this site lead to the same place. You can still access a dimmed link but we wanted to be able to indicate that you had been there already. Once you have viewed a link you can return to the previous page by clicking "Back” in the tool bar or by choosing the page in the contents menu in the bar at the side of the page. Our site is designed so that you can access any part of the site from any other part of the site via the menu. Each page also contains a "Home” button which will take you back to our homepage if you get “lost.” Some of the pages on this site have expand/collapse buttons. These functions allow you to view the information contained on the page in digestible pieces. The topics you see will provide detailed information when you expand them. You can collapse them after viewing before moving on to the next topic to save room on your screen. You expand or collapse the information displayed by clicking on the buttons. We have provided downloadable copies of the ADR Local Rules, applications to become an ADR Neutral, and the attendance, confidentiality and certification of session forms for ENE sessions and Mediations. Each of these forms is downloaded by clicking on the Adobe symbol. Our copy of the local rules has a search engine which will allow you to search for the rules relevant to your process or problem. Enter a search word by topic. The search engine will present you with a list of results and the option to further define your search. Our Neutrals' Forum is limited to access by registered ADR program neutrals only. If you are on the Court's ADR panel and do not have access, please contact the ADR program to register. We have tried to design our site to be as user friendly as possible. Please contact us if you have any difficulty navigating the site or if you have suggestions for improvements. |
